Together you will be guided through a deeply relaxing submersive sound journey experience. Enjoy your inner landscapes as you move through a collaborative energy work meditation. A spring cleaning of your energy field, a gentle release & renewal, and harmonizing of the mind body & spirit to fully step into all that Spring has to offer us.
